StayOwnerDirect, a brand of Bluejay Holdings, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company, ("we") explains here what we collect and what we do with it. A Spanish version (aviso de privacidad) for Mexico is to be confirmed and will be posted here.

What we collect

• What you type into our fee check or intake form: your name, email, phone (optional), property name, listing links, and rough booking figures.
• Emails you send us.
• Basic technical data our web host keeps automatically, such as IP address and browser type.

The fee check calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter in it are not sent to us unless you submit the form.

What we don't collect

We never ask for your bank login, card numbers, or your Airbnb or Vrbo passwords through this site. If you become a client, payment accounts are opened in your name and stay yours. We never receive guests' card details or payments.

How we use it

• To send you your fee estimate and answer your questions.
• To provide the service if you sign up.

We do not sell your information or share it for others' marketing. We share it only with services that help us run the business (for example, our web host, email, and form providers), or when the law requires it.

Your guests' data (for clients)

If you're a client, you control your guest list and decide how it is used. We act only as your service provider (processor): we handle guest data only on your instructions, only to do the work you approve, inside accounts you own, and only for guests who agreed to hear from you. We don't use it for ourselves or anyone else, and we stop using it and remove our access when you leave. You are responsible for your own privacy notice to guests and for getting their consent.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. The onboarding form may save your progress in your own browser's storage so you don't lose it; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. Our web host may keep standard server logs. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to follow up and for our normal business records. We keep client information for as long as the client relationship lasts, plus any period the law requires. Then we delete it. Specific retention periods are to be confirmed.

Where it is stored (cross-border transfers)

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store data in the United States or other countries. If you or your guests are in Mexico or elsewhere outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S. By using the site or our service, you understand that this transfer will happen. We only transfer data to the service providers we need to run the business.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, to object to its use, or to stop emails from us.
